WOW!! Fantastic company!! We were referred to Sunstone Pools for retiling and resurfacing our pool in Southlake. Mark Bauer, the marketing director was the first person we met and he guided us through every step - from the first look at the pool to an emergency visit (within an hour of texting) on the Sunday after the pool was completed. I have never seen teams work together like the crews from Sunstone!! Each part of the job brought a crew of between 3-9 men and each crew worked together flawlessly. Not only were they clearly experts at their job, but they worked incredibly quickly, were highly focused on what needed to be done and it was amazing to watch them work together - and have fun doing it. Each person who came was professional and, before leaving, asked us if we had questions or any concerns. Lynn, the services superintendent, stopped by several times to review the work and troubleshoot any issues. Overall, just a fantastic company to work with - would recommend Sunstone Pools in a heartbeat!!

We have been very happy with our choice to use Sunstone. We purchased a lot to build a house and started with the pool. Tony was very helpful in helping us plan and implement the construction, Brad worked with us on the construction, and both Lynn and Brad have been instrumental in the finish out and the maintenance education, especially for pool newbies! Sunstone also coordinated the turf and stone placement of the yard and patio and they were attentive to making sure it was done correctly. After the snow and ice storm early in 2020 I noticed that the plaster in my hot tub had started to delaminate and crumble. I reached out to Sunstone Pools and even though EVERY pool company, including Sunstone, was flooded with repair requests, Sunstone sent someone to inspect my pool within a few days instead of the several weeks I was told by other companies. Sunstone was extremely helpful planning our pool remodel to accommodate our Special Needs child. Sunstone started the remodel when they said they would and finished it a week early. Not only was their timing impeccable, but Start Up Technician, Andreas Fonesca, went out of his way to provide excellent customer service and fixed things I didn’t even know were broken on my pool equipment. I really can not recommend Sunstone Pools highly enough. They were fantastic and made big project painless and my pool looks AMAZING.

I can't say enough great things about Sunstone Pools, Brad and his team. Sunstone was the third bid I received and they were also referred to me. My pool & outside kitchen project was going to be challenging to say the least and Sunstone assured me that's what they do best. Lots of dirt work, tight areas to work in with equipment, retaining walls, multiple permits, pool being built on piers and so on. I knew the project would take time and Brad was there every step of the way. Sunstone was easy to work with and flexible as we made many changes during the build. The whole design was Jordon Holloways idea and was simply amazing. The project was realized and came together superbly by Jim Rollins. Under his guidance everything came in on time, and we truly felt he had great passion for getting things done right. If there were any concerns he took care of them promptly and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Jim represented Sunstone very, very well.
